Sounds like your cylinder head gaskets are failing, that is happening to this one as well; it’s been parked waiting to begin work on it.

Hey there, I used a bit of powdered dishwasher detergent, remember to use sparingly as a little goes a long way

Waste of time listening to nothing important and no instruction. How coolant system works irrelevant. 1: How much simple green to water mix. How long and how many miles to run the engine with the simple green solution and how many times to repeat and how long and how many miles to run the engine with the simple green mix. What water to simple green mix is very important.

Hey there Ruby, thanks for the message, not sure if you watched the video all the way through but I try to narrate what’s going on. Use a healthy mix of simple green, mixed as a degreaser, specific instructions on simple green container. Run mix through system until it looks like everything is cleaned up and then run straight water to ensure all simple green has been diluted and evacuated. Drain system and add proper mix of coolant to your climate. (If you don’t have a general idea of how to use simple green and how to determine if your particular system has been cleaned you might take it to a professional if you’re still unsure:)

@@LastFrontierGarage I can read but not sure if label instructions applies to this application. “Throw in some simple green run and rinse trial and error. What would be helpful is how much green ok now I know and how much water to get it all all out. You know:the quantities of everything but thanks I figured it out and simple green works great

@@Rubyfire76 totally understand and will get better and providing more specifics so video is more helpful, glad you got yours figured out! Did you remedy the issue whatever was causing your coolant to get contaminated?

When flushing your radiator & engine block from coolant contaminant( sludge / oxides precipitate),used mineral soft water (ph~7+) , Not distilled water (ph 6) corrosive against aluminum type engine blocks.
