Quick beads is a great product. For me if a customer takes their vehicle through car washes I use ceramic gloss. If a customer is not taking their car through a car wash then I use quick beads to help with water spots.

I like the easy application of Auto Finesse Lavish Ceramic Snow Foam. You've shown Quick Beads application can be similar. I have both products on-hand. I seem to go through a bottle of Quick Beads more quickly.

Hello Yvan and Nick. I know with DIY Detail External Ceramic Coating, for optimal results, the paint should not only be clean of dirt and contaminants, but also have all previous sealants/waxes/ect. removed. Is this also true for Quick Beads and Ceramic Gloss? If I am doing a Wash/Clay/Ceramic job and while washing the customers car, notice beading indicating a wax or sealant, should I foam All Clean on the paint to remove that wax or sealant or are Quick Beads and Ceramic Gloss not as sensitive as Exterior Ceramic Coating when is comes to "bare" paint. Thank you and looking forward to my Spring23 order to show up!

no need! Just enjoy Ceramic Gloss and Quick Beads after you've washed. If you do happen to polish and use panel prep BEFOREHAND, you can expect more longevity. But you're still going to get months out of them by simply washing first

Huh, very interesting! I'm curious, which way do y'all prefer, Nick & Yvan? How much impact will doing it this way vs. the traditional way have on longevity? Obviously, you'll probably use more product, but there will be less worries about streaking/splotchiness.

Nick here...honestly my preferred method is to spray Quick Beads into my pressure washer stream. To me it's just so fast and easy. The beading is immediate, I can then flush the paint one last time with just water and move onto the next panel....

In one of the older videos comments (I think it was gloss from the garden hose?), you replied to some comments on dilution stating, 1oz to 31 oz of water and another comment stating 3-4 oz to 1 qt of water. Here it’s undiluted. So I’m a bit confused. Approximately, How many ounces in a pressure washer foam cannon for a compact SUV (Seltos, HRV, Corolla Cross, CX-30) and at what dilution (or undiluted)?

Start with one. If you don’t get the desired results, add more. Each method of foaming and tools requires different adaptations.

Has anyone used the tire shine? I keep running into a problem with it not wanting to stick and I'm very thorough with cleaning my wheels but I put it on and the tire is black and then back to brown.

Are you letting the tire dry *completely* before application? One issue is applying tire dressing to even a partially wet tire can limit its durability

Dangerous isn't the right word. I would just be extra cautious with any product in the sun. Work this one panel at a time, don't spray half the car down in direct sunlight. The smaller the section size, the more control you have. If you're spraying down half the car, you can lose to the sun very quickly. If you feel less comfortable with the foam cannon method, and more comfortable just spraying it on the paint from our bottle, that works too!

You can, indeed. There are no waxes or fillers in the Gold Standard polish. Panel prep after and coat away!
