@@anaidrabbaa4045 ok, pull the tab on the handle (the one that slides it up and down), and slowly push down. You will feel the handle “click” gently on both sides hun.

@@anaidrabbaa4045 you need to do it slowly to know what it will feel like. Then after that, you can either gently push both sides, one at a time, OE try downing it very quickly.

@@anaidrabbaa4045 you really just need to sit there and keep trying hun. I’m so sorry 😩 I know how you feel, I was stuck in a target parking lot in the freezing cold trying to close it. Just keep going slowly so that you FEEL the clicks instead of hearing them.

Hello do you hold top and bottom button at the same time?

Once you slide. and then squeeze the bigger button. You can let go of the slider button. it will stay in place (on the side you slid it to) and fold regularly.
