Hi! Yes, piercings are accessories so you can add them in the outfit settings. Just include them in your character's outfits, and they'll appear in the script when worn.

Hello! Currently, there isn't an option to create child characters. However, you can achieve the appearance of children by scaling down adult characters. You can use normal walking commands for them i.e. '@CHARACTER walks to screen center/spot X X X'.
