Yeah it will be pain to guide starter back in … when you pull old starter out , remember how you twist it or turn so you can reverse installation same way

Trust me it will come out .. just gotta play with it .. twist, turn , pull it might take couple mins playing with it but eventually it will come ,, same way when you put new 1 in …

Any tops getting the new one in having a hard time wiggle the new starter in been messing with the new starter for a good 2 hours trying to wiggle it in

First match old and new starter make sure it’s right size and everything else , if it is, remember anything that comes out , must go back in.. twist , turn, push eventually it will go in ..

I am assuming its the same for the 5.0? I also got the po6e9 and it was very lazy to start until it just didnt anymore.

Check battery too.. I’m assuming it same problem.. also it might little easier to replace starter in 5.0 although I haven’t looked into it yet

Sometimes my truck starts right up, sometimes takes 3 or 4 tries, i get the P06E9 code, is that all it is the starter ?

Yes more likely 99% it’s starter
