I was a people manager for several years my observation having mentored and coached different ethnicities , black women we need to heal, I dealt with all kinds of attitudes until I was burned out mostly from my people always taking out their frustration on whoever is in charge . I referred so many to employee family assistance to get therapy . We need to work on our spirit , sometimes the problem is staring at you in the mirror . Mean and nasty can only get you so far in life .

Wow. People like to dump their problems onto others because they're frustrated with the situation that they're in, not even stopping to think that a lot of people are in the same situation or even worse, who don't act that way. Every kind of people does it, regardless of race or gender. It just depends on where you are and which demographic you have a lot of contact with. Those who are balanced and happy are unlikely to feel the need to pick up the phone to talk to someone like Tony, and they definitely wouldn't be scrapping over some $9.95 error. Although people do seem to have more of a sense of entitlement and tend to take more liberties with those who look like them.
