Anybody wondering how strong or flimsy that structure is, pay attention at the very end, there's a guy dangling from the loft panel AND IT DOESN'T GIVE DOWN AT ALL!! That little moment really adds a lot to the value of the product and the video. Shows me things I wouldn't trust a seller to tell me. Kudos! This technology will be in my future.

An extremely beneficial framing for trailer mounted structures like a Travel Cabin or a Tiny House! If I'm not mistaken this is the company that made the frame for Bryce, the New Zealand based You Tube Channel Owner of 'Living Big in a Tiny House' whom features tiny houses from around the world! If I am mistaken, then this is a virtually identical fabrication and construction product and company! I would have absolute confidence in a structural frame fabricated and constructed by this company as they work to very high standards.

Nice video showing just how fast this system goes together. Whats going on with the gooseneck in the background? Will there be a video on that? Would love to see the construction details of how that gets fixed to the frame of the trailer. Looking forward to seeing more.

Hey Cody, Thanks for the support! The gooseneck trailer was a build for ICON Build, they 3D print concrete homes. We will try to get more videos out to you soon!

Hey Gabriel, we use 20ga and 18ga galvanized steel which is structural enough to exceed load requirements for multi-level structures in the majority of the US (subject to spans)

How do you make the dimples for recessed fasteners?
@Volstrukt4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ryan, All of our steel framing is machine manufactured. The machine pre-punches all of the services holes, bolt holes, screen holes, dimples, squeezes studs that pass through others, and more.

How do you fit C profile into U profile? Does one have to be slightly bigger to go through or you force it through?
@Volstrukt Жыл бұрын
Our designs and technology have the ability to slightly squeeze the load-bearing (usually vertical) studs that go through horizontal nogging or go into the bottom track, and it removes the lip from the bottom track where the studs connect. This makes for a clean, flush connection and allows all panels to be produced in the same profile.
