How to free roam in ride 4

So I just got the game and the only thing that works is single race and nothing else works like I can’t chose a diffrent bike or anything cause it says “ the installation is not yet complete this content will not be available until its completion” and I don’t know how to like make it finish or if there’s liek a thing I need to download

U need to go on your career and do atleast 4 of the races in career, then it should let you on time trail and single race
