Hello nice video I used a vac seal to freeze my strawberries and it did it well the issue I had is when I defrosted them they were all mushy. They were also sitting in their own juice after being defrosted not sure if that’s what made them mushy, how can I avoid this in the future. Thanks

Do you wash them first?

Yes you do I wash mine with white vinegar I soak them for a few minutes
