How to Freeze FRESH Blueberries
Items needed: Baking sheet/parchment paper/freezer safe storage bags or freezer safe containers
INGREDIENTS: Fresh Organic blueberries
Method: Flash Freeze for long-term storage.
It is not recommended to wash organic blueberries. However, you will rinse your blueberries when you plan on actually using them. If blueberries are washed first, the berries may stick to each other during the freezing process; this is why I do not wash prior to freezing..
Using a large rimmed cookie sheet lined with wax paper, pour out blueberries into a single layer. Remove any stems, debris, damaged blueberries, or blueberries that are not ripe. Blueberries will not continue to ripen off of the bush. Once on the cookie sheet, place the blueberries into the freezer on a flat surface to “flash freeze” for 2-4 hours or until firm. Once frozen, transfer the blueberries into a freezer-safe storage bag or to a freezer safe container. Label the bags/containers and include the date. Close tightly and remove any air from the bags/containers. Place blueberries into the freezer for 10 months or up to one year. Enjoy!

What if u put about a doz. In a bag flatn the bag out in a zipper bag n freezer a few at a time so they won't get mush
