Its so easy, but you have to understand what your looking at. Rail in front, about 100% a front trick, rail in your heel, its backside. The same counts for spins, backside, you rotate towards your tail(or the back of where you came from physically) , front side, you rotate toward the nose( or towards the falling line which is always, forwards) Now dont mix it up with switch tricks, and forget nollie on a skateboard if you dont want to fry your brains xD

I'm super comfortable doing these on a skateboard, but still working on my form snowboarding. It's much different. You really have to sit over onto your front foot which is a very weird feeling. It's almost like a noseslide on a skateboard

Because it’s not a spin into the rail. It’s just called the grind. Once you start spinning (180° or more) then the name starts becoming the spin direction on + the grind! Hope that helps but I’ll fully explain it when I get to those tricks!
