Killing it again, best bs 1 tutorial out there (and I've watched many). Nice that you gave context when we're supposed to use the consistent point hack (bs1, fs 3, bs5 etc), I never understood that until now

I was working on this today and I so could have used this video to help! Oh well, I’ll be back tomorrow to try again. I started to watch the knuckle as I rotated but doing the little drill and rotating around a spot would have be really helpful. I also knew about the blind landing already but I wasn’t holding it long enough. Lastly, I wasn’t really trying to pop so this will be a new thing to try.

Dude these series are amazing ^^ thanks for such a detailed tutorial. As a self taught rider it took me long time to understand mechanics - but now I’m training my 7 year old son and videos like these will be a good guide for us

Cant wait for some of the bigger tricks in this series. So many good tutorials online for everything up to 5’s, but cork/rodeo anything big would be awesome to see! Love the vids

I'm so eagerly awaiting the BS 360 video. I've been practicing and practicing that trick. I usually get it around, but most of mine suck! I always land heavy on the nose or tail, or sometimes right on my ass. Idk what I'm doing wrong, and when I get a good one idk what I did right!
@SnowboardAddiction7 ай бұрын
That usually comes from spotting over your back shoulder, always spot Uner your armpit! The back 3 video is coming soon and it will be the most detailed one yet!

Taevis what stance are you rocking? I am having trouble sucking my knees up off jumps. Is this more of a stance thing or pop? Thanks!
@SnowboardAddiction7 ай бұрын
That usually comes from POP, you need a good pop to help you push your legs up, and give you stability in the air that lets you suck up your legs that extra little bit. but Taevis rocks reference stance what’s around 22.5 inches.

Are backside 180s harder than frontside 180s

Flat land 360s with no ollie. Hmmm, I assume you mean regular and not cab. sounds weird but I’ll try it. Thank you
@SnowboardAddiction7 ай бұрын
The Flat land 360s, (where you maintain constant contact with the ground) Taevis mentions (as shown 0.39) are a great way to train your constant spot before you take this to 360s off jumps. Taevis is a goofy rider, if you want to see this series in Regular format we have it available exclusively on ADDITION+ www.addictionplus.tv

For the life of me, I can not land a blind landing. For whatever reason, it just blocks my spin every time. When I try it with a front 3, I only manage about 270 and end up perpendicular to the knuckle when I land, resulting in either washing out on my toe edge or worse, catching my heels and slamming backward down the landing. I've only had marginal success just constantly looking over my left shoulder until the spin is all the way around and stomping then. No clue why.
@SnowboardAddiction7 ай бұрын
Looking over your shoulder is why it won’t work, it’s impossible to do the constant spot on a flat spin without keeping your gaze under your shoulder. Join ADDICTION+ and we can make sure this is the mistake!

Instructions unclear, I'm still trying to hold eye contact with the knuckle...am now situated in the hospital.. On a more serious note, yes!
