So over quarantine I have learned to slice every fruit, chop every vegetable, crack every nut, cut every fish, mix every drink, prepare every coffee, open every shellfish, use every Japanese knife, shape every pasta and now I'm making cakes Edit: I know also know how to cut cheese Yet another edit: I have the power of butchering birds now Yet another edit: 2021 might ve been bad, but atleast I learned to shape every bread, eat every insect, and I learned how to grind some spicy spices 😎 4th edit: I've obtained the mastery of using utensils, slicing meat, and making sushi.

@@biazacha its a difficult question because the problem is if you are using double cream it will be fine but things like butter cream might be different the must important thing is to try it out and adjust to the brand and type of sweetener you have. Try canderel they have and icing sugar alternatives that is meant to be 1 to 1 and performe the same. My preference is dobles cream with mascrepone to stabilize it. If you mean the cake itself that is dependent on recipe and adjustments depending on preference but it can be very very similar .
