My morning rituals 1) 4:30 Wake up and make bed 2) take a quick 3-5 minute cold shower therapy then get ready 3) go to kitchen make black coffee and get my green shake 4) go to room light incense and do wim hof breathing or 6 phase meditation 5) journal my 5 goals/5 whys/5 gratitude 6) do yoga for 15-20 minutes while listening to audible Grab lunch go to work 6-4:30 Go to gym 5-6/6:30 7-8 work on side hustle which is real estate 8-10 hang out with family and friends Monday- Thursday daily routine maybe Friday and Saturday as well Consistency till I reach my goals and then continue on another daily routine when I have create more goals 16/8 intermittenting fasting all times

On days when I need to be at work early (most days) 1. Wake up, usually at 6.15. 2. Some Taoist self massage exercises while sitting on the toilet (I know this sounds like taking optimisation too far, but time is short, and it's a great way not to forget). 3. Breakfast 4. Commute 5. Put on the coffee machine and do mindfulness meditation listening to the sound it makes. 6. Taijiquan 7.Start work. On other days, I just relish not having a routine, though generally do the same things but with out the commute part.

My morning routine starts the night before. I maintain a strict bedtime of 10 pm. 5:20 am: wake up 5:30- 6:00 am: work out 6:00 am- 6:30 am: make my bed, organize my bedroom, shower. 6:30 am- 6:50 am: 6-phase meditation Then l dress up and leave the house by 7:30 am I do time-restricted eating weekdays. So no breakfast except in weekends.

I start my morning with a morning run (sometimes depending on the weather or how tired I am), then I shower and meditate, and prep my breakfast which mostly contains healthy cereal and plant-based milk. I read at times in the afternoons or evenings, and if I don't run in the morning, I do it in the evenings.

Great video, but there is no such thing as useless time spent in meditation. One of the many benefits of meditation is that your focus and clarity are sharpened, and you can turn that into "success." But that isn't the purpose of meditation. Meditation is deep practice that doesn't really have a purpose but has so many wonderful side effects such knowing yourself, receiving insight, geater clarity, rejuvenation of body and mind, etc. I love the 6 Phase meditation - it's part of my morning too - but if you can or you want to spend more time meditating, go for it. It will never be useless or wasted time.

I eat 2 bowls of rice, 3 or 4 types of fruit, carrots, And at least 90grams of protein daily. There is no need to fast in the morning, if you stop eating by 8 pm and when you wake up just just eat autophagy ketosis food! Eggs and a plum, and black coffee is not knocking you out of ketosis. I just stop eating by 8 pm, unless it is just a few baby carrots. Just stay in ketosis for at least 14 hours. Do ten minutes body weight type exercises or resistance go for a 1 mile walk.

There is nothing out there like Mindvalley. My most fav classess of all time are on Jim Kwik, Jon and Missy Butcher and Donna Eden. Others are awesome as well!! You got to give money in order to get the full programs but the value that these guys will give you is priceless like nothing else you can find in this world. Jon and Missy Butcher Class will even give your money back if you reach the end, when you go through their full program. ❤️ I don't got the money (nor job to do so though). You can use all that knowledge to really make your life better. But remember - these people also have started from 0. They were also struggleing like you at the moment, in their beginning or struggleing like me now (I even hate people more now than ever!) successful people did have struggle, be sure of that. So ask them, be with them, you will most likely overcome your struggles as well. Also mind that everybody might do a lot of stuff. I wish you the best. Here are some of the people who impressed me the most: Jon and Missy Butcher, Vishen Lakhiani, Jim Kwik, Donna Eden, Jeffery from Mindvalley, Brandon Burchard, Stefan from Howtolucid, Dan Bacon I think I'm forgetting someone - WIM HOFF!! The Iceman - his breath exercises are rediculously effective, he even injected himself with E-Coli and immune system holds it - healthy as a Rock!!! . You all got impressive skills and knowledge.
