@@vlaicurabca6987 youre doing something wrong: 1: while lifting weight you dont do extra reps, you just give up when your mind says that you're tired but in reality you're only done 40% do the last 60% and you will feel how your muscle is burning that means the muscle fivers are tearing apart which is a good thing because while you sleep they will build a stronger and bigger muscle. 2: you're not eating enough. Your body can't produce extra muscle if it doesnt have the fat that it needs. Eat more

(I normally eat 5+ times a day) today I woke up and ate 8 eggs, then around 10 I got 2 bowls of cereal, lunch time I had 3 burgers, at 2pm I ate Mr noodles and 2 bowls of potatos, at 5pm I ate pasta, and now I just finished another bowl of cereal, on top I had snacks. Calories was around 4.5k and I'm only 5'10 135lbs

Try rock climbing. I do it competitively. Nothing will get those forearms and wrists bigger like climbing will. It’s a great full body work out and get can you shredded combined with a good diet

ACTUAL DIETING TIPS FOR SKINNY GUYS⬇️ eat avocado, chocolate milk, mega shakes, low fiber fruits, oatmeal, cereal, pb and j’s, and drink fruit juice. the more fiber a food has the more full or bloated you’re going to feel so stick to low fiber. chocolate milk is an easy way to get around 600-800cals and 35+grams of protein. avocado helps with testosterone, is high in protein, and a medium sized fruit has around 350 cals. mega shake-protein powder, oats, milk, peanut butter, banana, blueberries. once daily. oatmeal is general knowledge cereal is another way to get quick calories and carbs in. pb and j is a super easy way (and tasty) to get some calories, carbs, and a little protein in plus it’s easy to take places. and last is juice. a lot of people say to only drink water or at least try which is good for cutting and general health but when you’re bulking you want as many calories as you can get so juice is a quick way to hydrate and get some easy calories in.

My advice to those who don't have enough money to bulk is to go round to your friends and families house for lunch, dinner etc and when you're at home eat breakfast and some snacks. That's how I'm able to eat 8 times a day and put weight on.

Most of the skinny teenagers should focus more on the brain activity like working on your career and less focus on putting up weight because metabolism will slow down with age around 30 yrs (28-33), it's easier to gain and maintain weight with minimal weight training and diet. Let's face it, it's better to focus on career than just fixating the weight problem which will be fixed over time.

I think it's different for every person. I have an insane high metabolism, skinny and it's hard to gain weight. It has not slowed down at 31 years old and it makes me sad because sometimes I'm tired of eating especially at work when I need to focus. But when I exercise my metabolism increases more, my stomach growls a few hours after I eat a big dinner like it hasn't eaten in days. But for my health issues I should accept it and exercise to keep from getting sick. Exercise is important for all shapes and sizes.

This is trueee!! I used to think I eat a lot. But when I used myfitnesspal turns out I eat waaaaaay less than what I thought. I only eat 2x a day so only 2 sittings but felt I eat so much because I eat 2 cups of rice and a viand per sitting.. So forced myself to eat less but more frequent. Changed my diet to 3meals 2snacks and 2 juices a day. Definitely helped me gain like half a kilogram per month. Still very slow and small progress but atleast I’m gaining hahaha I can’t add more to my current diet or I’ll puke
