This indeed a really good feature. We currently don't get notifications if loop component is updated by other user. How can we enable notifications if loop component is updated?

does loop table in teams show editting history?

Click on the copy link button in top right corner of the loop component. Paste that link in browser and open it. Open the dropdown next to the loop component name and go to Version history.
