Hey man! Thanks for the content! Just one question from my side, namely - wouldn't it be better to start with a point in KOtM and then go one in durins blood? As I don't make spreadsheets and haven't checked I'm kind of wondering that when they overlay isn't there more output from (next 1 instance(s) of damage +10% on top of 700%)? As from your sheet it goes that he gets for KOtM one extra hit with also +10%, but for 160%x3 Targets. I look at that and math seems lower. I might be wrong though... Let me know what you think :)

I have a question, the people in my alliance keep telling me to focus gear sets over the gear itself. Is that wrong? I just finished season one as a free to play, so my options on gear are not great yet.

What are the chances we get a community push for the Devs to allow another commander respect event or make it a permanent part of the game like craftsman hammers. The equipment event gave us 30 days but respect was much shorter. We had no idea what commanders would be best in 2.0 and the switch happened mid season where we were still trying to be competitive. I would do mine completely different now that I know more about 2.0 :(

Any reason to think the best gear for Dain won’t be the best gear for all damage dealers in 2.0? There isn’t unit type buffs anymore like dwarves vs elves or melee vs ranged, and you only run 1 troop on a commander now anyway. So I feel like they all become the same build just with a few different stats and a different skin.

More or less yes. Physical damage commanders will share the BiS gear

@@allthingsmiddleearth I think it’s 95% the same for support and other type of commanders too. I’ve found a few one offs where of the 4 pieces one might be changed based on who the commander is, but generally I think of the 94 Gold & Purple items in the game, 27 can be used as BIS. But I’m only running Good Commanders at the moment, maybe that changes a little more as I build an Evil team. Thanks for all the info you put out!!

I unlock dain last week so sad he only r1 i have an enemy I fight regularly his dain doing 120k damage against me my best is lurtz he doing 60/70k back to him

My Dains R15 with fantastic gold 2.0 gear. I’m getting hammered by others with 1.0 gear, I wish I didnt move it to 2.0. The sets are pathetic in 2.0 for damage commanders
