ai is evil but this was fairly impressive. i guess a real creative agency would just draw the letter with the cream product and photograph it.

This Ai is not production level ready, it's only good for generating ideas. The final product gonna need to be made by humans anyway (photography or 3D) to get the quality out of it. Ps: Apparently Adobe is using stock images from Adobe Stock to generate these ideas and not from Google.
