1. ARREAR for 10 years has been paid to employees in Mar 2020 n April 2020. How to do ECR for them? 2. If ECR will be done then - A) what abt the employees who have been retired? Whether whole 24% to be given to them? B) For active employees - only emplyer PF and employee pf i.e total 24% to be remitted? Hello Mam, We are Five Employee working in a private small enterprise from year 1995 . At that time no UAN system was there. Our PF & ESIC amount was deducted from salary and was deposited in EPF & ESIC Government duly per month through challan . But after when UAN number system was introduced in 2013 or 2014 maybe then we were allotted UAN number but our KYC was not done properly at that time as we were having lot of mistake in Aadhar Card & PAN Card as Name Error , DOB Error . The UAN number that was allotted to us on 2014 was having many mistakes like Name Error , DOB error . So, KYC couldnot be done properly . But our monthly EPF & ESIC deductions are being deposited in that UAN Number . Now as our KYC has not been completed we cannot access our UAN Account and apply for EPF money withdrawl . And after many mail to the EPFO Department and Phone calls finally EPFO department suggested to make a new UAN number with all updated data like Aadhar Card , PAN card , Bank Account and create a new UAN number which was created this month in November 2019. Our Past EPF & ESIC Deductions upto past October 2019 has been deposited in our old UAN Account. This current month EPF & ESIC Deductions will be deposited in this new UAN Number Account . Our Previous UAN Number Has some mistakes like Name Error , Mobile number Missing . But our new UAN Number has all require data Like Aadhar , PAN , Bank data updated . Kindly suggest how can we trasfer our old UAN Account PF Amount to new UAN PF account and cancell old UAN number . How to do it online ?? Your help will be deeply helpful.

You cannot transfer PF ESIC deducted amount from old UAN number to new one. The entire amount of ESI & PF you will get refund. Note: You can claim refund of last 3 years from IT return, if you want full amount then you have to visit ESI office, with all your valid documents.
