Yes Absolutely.. Not distance running though. Sprinting, when done correctly will build up, tighten, and shape your butt very well. Thats why all the track and field woman sprinters have a great shape.

I have been working out at home for 8 months.I just watched videos and tried to do many moves. I could find the good moves excatly targeting butt 3 months ago. I also use weight.the thing is eventhough i built up muscles, my but doesnt seem to be lifting!! I lost abt 25 kg in years, then in this year i lost about 5-6 kg. I built up muscles but i cannot clean up an area under my butt, it is like a mass is stuck there, it looks like pulling down my butt.is it normal, i dont know what to do...

It varies by person, some (like me) see results after just a few days but others don't build muscle as easily. To see results quickly eat lots of protein and don't slack off, actually work out regularly.
