How to get a fishing licence for the Canary islands

Before we went on our Holiday to Tenerife, i was searching on the internet, how can i get the required fishing licence. Unfortunately I could not found any useful informations about it, that is why i made this video, so it can help you if you decide you want to go fishing on the Canary Islands.
