Yaaay....I asked and now I received. Thank you so so much. This is exactly what 2 of my horses do, so now I'm going to do exactly what you did. I'm more determined than ever. You're right...we can put a man on the moon, but to give a horse a bath...lol Thanks bunches.. As I always say.....you're the best.

My horse is afraid of the sound of water. She darts out of the stall/ pasture area that she’s in when we turn the water hose on. She runs out when she hears water dripping, I have been putting a damp sponge on her just to get her used to it and letting her smell it while I’m talking to her. I don’t really want to tramatize her or anyth8g with the water hose right away but I don’t know where to start. Please any advice?

Gradual desensitization really will work, just try not to flood. Poor water back and forth in buckets for water sound in a round pen. Let her run in the pen and when she rests poor the buckets back and forth. You will have to repeat and then add the hose. It will take time or hire a trainer.
