I Always found it hard to breathe on this machine because I would always lay my chest on the pad, and suffocate myself. I'll try these cues/tips next time I hit back and let you know. Your content is amazing Joe. Love the way you open up and present the videos. Really Appreciate what you do.

What's a good alternative for an inclined chest supported row like this one? My gym doesn't have the machine 😤. It's only got an upright chest supported rowing machine (the one on which you sit up straight). Bent over t bar rows are great too, but is limited by lower back and stability issues
