What other alternative would you recommend if you do not have a chest supported machine? A bench and barbell or bench and cables?

I Always found it hard to breathe on this machine because I would always lay my chest on the pad, and suffocate myself. I'll try these cues/tips next time I hit back and let you know. Your content is amazing Joe. Love the way you open up and present the videos. Really Appreciate what you do.

I really appreciate your knowledge and when ever i train i have midget version of you on my shoulder which reminds me how to execute the exercise. how ever i would love to See More content from you with Basic equipment which the most people have access to (since Corona a lot of people have limited access). What's a good alternative for an inclined chest supported row like this one? My gym doesn't have the machine 😤. It's only got an upright chest supported rowing machine (the one on which you sit up straight). Bent over t bar rows are great too, but is limited by lower back and stability issues

Try the @turbine sample pack on Amazon. Put in inside the nostrils for bettter breathing
