How to get a kid to focus

Hello Friends. Focus is the ability to direct one’s attention to a particular task. With so many things competing for our children’s attention, the ability for a child to focus is constantly being challenged. This video explains why children struggle to focus in today’s society. I suggest four ways to improve your child’s focus through consistent and deliberate practice.

Very insightful! I plan on implementing these tools because my son did start PreK 3 and he is easily distracted. Also at home. But we do have a separate room in my building so I’m thinking of taking him there where it’s no distractions. And start there.
