I have been at Amazon three years, worked crazy hard and tried to move up, still can’t even get interviewed for a L3, sometimes they just use you up….I now do whatever keeps me at 6%, I go home rested and make the same as before, positivity and mindset don’t always get you ahead

I hear you on that, I have seen people in that position I would try to go around them and apply for the position when it opens even if its for a diff. building, I've seen that work in that situation.

Started Amazon in December 2023, and became an EOM (eagle /employee of the month) twice in the packing department in January and February 125 items packed/hour and 1st at every night shift. Impressed, my manager asked me this month to become her learning Ambassador. Don't know what they will expect me in that position but I'm sure, going to take it. You're an excellent mentor from the few videos I've watched. I wish I had you at my facility to have 1 on 1s with lol. I've been an L3 for a few months and I've already had a few AMs ask if I'd eventually want to be an L4, but I want to accomplish as much as I can as a PA until I take that next step. I got promoted to a tier 3 by becoming an Ambassador and I was also a member of the Safety Committee (still a member), and actually making my work area safer and more efficient. That opened the door for me to get promoted. I wasn't the fastest in my path but I was a very outspoken person who wanted to improve everyone's work area. That was my experience for me to get promoted to a tier 3. Working on becoming a AM down the road. Wanting to be become a leader you have to act like a leader. Just my 2 cents. Good luck to everyone out there striving to better yourself whether it is with Amazon or not.

I just get learning ambassador vest after almost year half working hard being top performer sometimes. Lol you right about other associates say about I work too hard and look bad to other associates. I told him I just type peron want work hard and trying be top performer in stow,pick whatever and get all mangers know that I will do any task. I never give up trying to reach for learning ambassador vest since now I get vest next move I want go for PA. Thanks for all videos you uploaded and all tips.

Been in the same department since launch basically... 3 months in I became a Learning Ambassador and I have learned problem solve... Audit... Hazmat ... Etc... About 3 weeks ago I applied for Tom Team just to see and didn't think no more of it... About a week after I applied they sent me an offer letter😌 I don't know what to expect in this role but I'm jumping on it...

Wondering what level is Amazon Safety Committee because safety for me is very important and is there's a pay increase?

Hey brother always loving your content! Got a question for you! I have a little brother who just started at amazon a couple weeks ago and hasn’t seen his first paycheck. He tried talking to HR but they couldn’t help. He tried the toll free number and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. He tried doing an HR case and they just close it on him. What should he do because he really doesn’t want quit. Thanks!

Thank you much Natanael really appreciate that frfr!! Thats crazy HR didn't help him but I have herd of that happening and someone getting the run around. Last time I herd that happen the AA tried the number and then went back to HR and advised them they couldn't get in contact with anyone and they then reached out for him. I would have him to the head person in HR and have him talk to his AM to help push the process.

I work at amazon, but I have not started to consider working with them long-term much, but it aint the worst. If I had the goal of being there, long enough to retire and all, maybe I could get there easier. Right now, I have not fully committed to the vision.

If I was you would I would do is find out what the top 5 stowers are at in your department and try to be in that range, being a top performer with a good attitude always will get your name out there 💪🏾

I have been a learning ambassador for 2 months I was offered to be PA bUt I'm going to a new building with the managers who offer me but THEY SAID THEY ALREADY HAVE PA'S so I guess I'm on a waiting list ? Have you ever encountered something like this someone told me I would be train but I don't know if that is true.

And in that situation I would just continue to check in w/ them monthly to keep it fresh on their minds and to me yes it does sound like a waiting game now but if your able I would prob. see if they have openings on other shifts or departments in the building if your willing to do that.

Been a tier one for 4 years with a college degree, became an ambassador, trained in different departments and indirect roles. Reaching out to leadership to help run the floor and they act like they dont need my help. Tired of telling the idiot college graduate Area managers how to do their job. Sent out about 70 applications for different positions and still packing boxes. I’m finally quitting next week.

Not really because you'll most likely be on another shift it would be good because other AM's would know your putting in work but you want to make sure your team know that, that would take you further.

I do..cool dude...but I need to start my own channel because...I would really school folks..I agree with a couple points from SB...but you don't need to be one of the best there...You just need to be dependable and solid at what you do there... (Pick..Stow..Water Spider..whatever) then reach out like he said...but this is the thing (why the fuck would you want to do Manual Labor for the rest of your life LoL) it had to be said ..because it's much easier out there than this... thats why your mission while your slaving away at your station for 10hours nonstop is to take the earphones out ya ears and think of a exact way out that damn warehouse...YOU NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IN LIFE AND EXECUTE... The one thing he should of pushed at Amazon is their Career Path school that they pay full tuition for and you come out and make some REAL MONEY... and have a REAL CAREER...that Amazon will pay for...if you choose getting promoted within Amazon Warehouse facility ..You'll just be a inmate bossing around other inmates in that prison dungeon of a warehouse..Even Amazon don't want you to Stay doing Manual Labor for to long because sooner or later your going to get burned out and disgruntled and want to Unionize the place...thars why their retention rate is so high on that level...thats why they keep pushing their school options...think about it...Do you actually want to go through another Peak Season again 😳...The choice is yours 🙃

It would be hard maybe even nearly impossible to do career path at Amazon when you’re full time, especially when they always giving MET. Part time wouldn’t pay my bills either.
