Thank you for this video, I wouldn’t have contacted them otherwise. I got my refund thru Paypal within 4hrs! I mistakenly bought just a DLC, instead of a base game + DLC bundle. Just be polite and explain everything truthfully, they’d be happy to assist you.

I reconmend starting with the chat option so you can just type all your info then it will tell you to call and they will already have it instead of giving all your info over the phone

It says on their site that you can’t get refunds for not liking the game. Which is total crock of shit L Nintendo move. I thought they came out and said if it’s less than 2 hours they can do it. I know steam and Xbox do it. I thought I remembered Nintendo following suit but maybe that was just for pre orders. This is such a scam. But hopefully using your method I can get somewhere with this. I have over 1,000GB of games from the eShop.

steam lets you refund if you played 2 hours not 1 hour which is well 2 times better than what you said, and even with just one hour steam is the best one from your description and in general.
