How to get a Slimmer Face

Hello my itty bitty beautiful snowflakes!
Quite a few people have recently told me my face looks sharper these days and asked if I've lost weight. Some even made accusations that I've had botox lol? I have to say I have not lost a single pound nor had any form of botox. Today, I'm going to be sharing my facial slimming secrets with you all.

Please don't misunderstand this video as a message to be ashamed of your face shape. I'm very happy with the face shape I was born with. My face is considered quite round and I've seen it as a blessing because round face girls tend to look younger and more innocent.
However, your face can become excessively bloated/puffy due to factors such as lifestyle and diet. You'd be surprised to find out that your 'naturally puffy cheeks' could be self caused after all.
What I share in this video is going to define your natural face shape. It's not going to transform your face to an extreme degree (for example, if you have a stronger jaw line -this isn't gonna remove it) but it will sharpen your face to give you it's NATURAL DEFINITION. No matter what face shape you have, you CAN make your face line more defined.
The video is split into 3 parts:
1. Everyday tips to PREVENT/MINIMIZE a puffy and bloated face. I'll also share a facial slimming massage technique which has worked wonders for me. I massage my face at least 2-3 times a week now.
2. How to use makeup to sculpt and contour the face to give an illusion of a smaller, sharper and slimmer face
3. I'll be sharing/demonstrating some products which I've tried & tested that really works for slimming the face.
Wow Bubz, that seems like a lot of effort.
Yes it is. Beauty is Pain right? lol but in all seriousness, I really have to say I enjoy taking after myself. Plus, making these lifestyle changes will benefit my health overall (drinking more water, reducing my sodium intake etc) Will I be able to keep this lifestyle on going constantly? Probably not because there's definitely gonna be days where I'll be lazy and eat junk food. Ah well, it happens. At least you know this piece of information now and whenever you need your face to look more defined (photoshoot coming up, special occasion or for vanity reasons lol, you'll know what you can do to define your face. After my lifestyle chances, even now my face still has it's natural roundness. I've just drained the excess water retention and bloating.

Am i the only one who likes wide face? I think Koreans are obsessed with slim faces which is confusing for me, a great Square face with high cheekbones and great facial structure looks amazing and for me the most attractive ever! Angelina Jolie as an example, she looks fantastic.

Not at all lol! This is just a trend in Korea. I mean sure there are women and girls outside Korea that want a slimmer face and a V-shape (like myself and I'm from Europe) but, they probably aren't as "obsessed" I'd say. Korean women are getting a lot of plastic surgeries to get a smaller face and V-shape and it's amazing how good the results of those plastic surgies are but, the makeovers are very extreme. You should see the before & afters! I personally like defined cheek bones and a smaller face. I consider a V-shape as a blessing lol but, that's just me. Beauty comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. :)

check it, if you truly want to get dedicated. get a gym pass, and run the elliptical for 30 minutes, then do the bike machine for 15 minutes, and the stair master for 15 minutes. 5 times a week, in any particular order you feel most comfortable with, lift lightly, do sit ups, push ups, eat healthy. also, know its not easy. not any path upward ever is, but you'll see results, if you want more advice, you should check out bodybuilding.com there's many ways of losing weight, that's just the way I did it. stuck to it, and it worked. I still run, but not as much, since I don't need too.

Sorry if I'm late, but it wouldn't be good to use your hands because your fingers could push around the pores and create more pimples. Also, with your hand you can determine your own pressure and it won't work as easily.

I don't know if anyone else has posted this yet but just in case...The ceramic face tile she uses is called Gua Sha. It's a whole technique and it comes in different shapes and materials (Jade being the traditional and most common) but you can get a set of 4 for fairly cheap on Amazon. Hope that helps.

Great video for me. I drink a lot of water. I am trying to cut the sodium because it shows up on my face. My face is round with a defined jawline. When I lost those 20 extra pounds my face shape changed. ,no more baby fat. I would like to try a natural make up contour to slenderize. Don't want to look to made up so must find matte shades that are best for fair skin tones. Thanks for the tips. You look great and your hair style is very complimentary. I've recieved the Gua Sha massage tool in the mail this week. I've got mine for a cheap price at aliexpress.com. I've finally started with the massage and I can honestly say that it is working for me :) I'm still struggling with the technique though, (how hard do I have to press, how slow do I have to do it..) but I'll just keep watching this video until I figure everything out. Today my face was a little puffy and this helped a lot! My face looks a bit slimmer and more awake so I'm definitely gonna continue doing this and hopefully I'll see bigger results eventually. :) I totally recommend it! Thanks bubz x
