It's not time under tension. They're just slow because they're pulling weights far heavier than the 100~125% recommended here.

Surprised to see no snatch or clean speed pulls in here as they’re a good movement to bridge between pulling something and actually doing the comp specified comp lift if done well, do you ever prescribe those Dane
