These are a simple rip-off of Marv Marinovich's ProBodX program. These are not yoga...they are not done this slow (only when learning the patterns) They are designed to keep the body working properly...muscles turning on and off. And there are ankle wieghts added for some movements and hand weights called hand bells. Check out the youtube channel for Sport Science Lab....and you'll get a better idea of theses movements.....& a lot more dynamic than yoga.....
