To upgrade it, i have heard that, two regular savings account holders can suffice. Alat by Wema is another option. You create without any references too.

i recently wanted to get a dollar card from gtbank but then i got to find out that you don’t necessarily need a dom account to get a card, one could get a prepaid dollar card (visa or mastercard) but then my only question is…is it worth the hassle , in terms of what exchange rate do they use…can you throw little light on it ?🙏
