We can't really ignore the social changes that affect skilled workers like recessions or widespread layoffs. :( People spend years developing a skill only to be without a good job if the economy goes downhill.

The problem with focusing on skill-based income careers is that you can always be replaced. Sudden layoffs in different sectors cause so much disruption for skilled workers. I do like your authentic content, Oli, cause you acknowledge in other videos how luck and privilege on top of hard work play huge roles in making your hard work lead to success.

I enjoyed your summary. It gets to the point. I've watched many videos about this topic but yours is simply THE video for it. I think more videos about this would create a little chaos to it. People including me just have to watch it twice maybe and after that - just apply it on their own lives. It sounds easy but I've been in this process for many months and I am seeing development I never would have imagined. I hope I could explain my opinion and thank you @Oliur for creating content that guides and helps us !!

These videos are great, not only you're explaining from your POV but from your own experience. Sometimes there are things are pretty common sense but its a good refresher to be told again about it. Sometimes i watch video of youtubers summarizing a book they read and i find those very helpful too. So these videos are kind of like that. If you do the summarizing book method, might give you more anchor to your talking points

Im currently in the pain process. Been in the pain, growth process. I left my comfort zone but had some unexpected setbacks. Does anyone have good mental health? I mention that because I have suffered greatly in this area. Then I had other health related issues to start off the year with. I love all of these points and the way he breaks it down. This is "real" content. I need to bring up luck in the equation however. We all need a bit of luck as the X factor to get to where we are going. Or you can call it your "big break." We can also suffer from bad luck as well. I know we can't control that, but you would be surprised the role luck can play in life.
