Response from SEGA, when emailed about not receiving Sonic Jam skin code: Once subscribed to our Newsletter to receive content for your SEGA game, please allow up to 7 days to receive your code from official launch date of the game. Please note: You must verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation email you received after registering. Should you have done so previously, you only have to wait for your code to arrive. If you have not received the verification mail or your code after the mentioned time, it is possible that the email was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email system. I got the Sonic Jam skin, but I'm still struggling to get the Sonic Adventure Skin. I tried to enter the code on my Switch, but it said "it's not released yet".

I own the Felix edition of the game but do we have to enter a code like we did for Jam sonic to get movie shadow or do we have to buy it?

If you have the deluxe edition you will get in the options when it releases, probably an update, no need for code or buying it, just deluxe edition is enough

I ran into the same issue when trying to get the code on the switch, as long as you subscribed before November 1st, the code should be on the way hopefully

Sadly it was only available through pre-ordering the game before release, but i think they might release it as DLC later on
