Your journey is incredibly inspiring! Breaking into HR without prior experience is no small feat, and it's amazing to see how you've not only succeeded but are now dedicated to helping others do the same.

I am so discouraged... it should not be this hard to get into a field I went to school for...like there has to be an entry-level.

I've graduated a year ago in HR and have yet to find a single job. I have over 10 years of experience working variety of jobs that involve working with people at different levels of corporate hierarchy. HR experience matters and also having connection. Otherwise, there is no way you can get an HR job without experience.

I'm a recent law graduate looking to break into the HR industry. I am currently taking some certification classes, but i want to also engage in internships or training roles. Any ideas where to source them?? Because its been pretty difficult.
@hrtalkswithlish5 ай бұрын
Linkedin is a good platform to use to find internship opportunities. You may also find that when you connect with HR professionals, they share new positions that are open opportunities in their organisations. I would also recommend looking for networking opportunities and mentorship.
