Yeh scam hai This is not an authorised body to issue the permit. I read on Team BHP discussion forum , one Indian motorist was arrested and awaiting trial. So be cautious… In case of accident or any claim this document can put you in trouble. Get permit from Indian RTO

Sorry brothers. I missed your comments. Yes it works. A police had caught me and he let me go without any fines or comments after I showed this. You'll get the soft copy in a day if everything is in order.

Itca is a translation service, this is not valid for indian licences even if they claim it to be, only very few countries need the translation service. For indian passport and licence u need idp to be issued from RTOs or WIAA india only.
