this is not valid, in fact this website is black listed for illegitimate activities. IDP issuing is based on an international treaty between countries and only the respective RTOs under govt is authorised to provide it. You may get away with this while renting vehicle. But the problem, you will understand this only when you make an accident in foreign country or stopped by local police while driving, you are going jail straight away. You cannot get away from local police, neither claim travel insurance with this illegitimate "IDP".

The government follows a A4 size page format for the IDP which includes details like Local driving license number, Address, goverment stamp, validity period, etc. MANY COUNTRIES DONT RECOGNISE THIS SHEET. THEY RECOGNISE ONLY BOOKLET. The "Geneva convention 1949" line is also NOT mentioned on it. The problem is that many agencies don't recognise this one page IDP and expect the old booklet format one only. AS THE SHEET DOESN'T CONTAIN THE TRANSLATION, ALSO DOESNT CONTAIN GENEVA CONVENTION LINES. I FAILED IN JAPAN TO GET THE CAR FRON HERTZ RENTAL.
