How to get Angel deals EVERY TIME

Actually, i believe the "your devil deal chance is your angel deal chance" thing only refers to afterbirth+, in repentance the percentages are accurate

I wasn't referring to the percentage, but rather how they are generated. The game decides if you get a devil deal THEN decides if that devil deal becomes an angel room. So increasing your devil chance will in turn increase your chance at an angel room

Donating to a regular beggar (I'm not sure if a rotten, key, bomb, or charge beggar work. I think they do but I'm not certain) until they pay out also increases the chance for an Angel room. Blowing them up can increase the chance if the deal hasn't accumulated to 100 percent yet but will increase both angel and devil chance by a bit.

Great vid! I think duality also counts towards getting a devil deal, because it opens both of the devil and angel rooms
