Yes typically since this is considered a luxury item not a necessity like a home or a car you have to put down a down payment based off your credit rating. That amount is determined by your lender but typically around 10-20% percent

Thank you so much. My question is , is 3 month of pay stub($6000 a month income ) good enough to qualify for a 2019 $55000 class C RV? Credit score is around 750 and no previous Rv, auto or Morgage loan. Basically debt to income ratio is very 0. Went back to work after 2 years of gap.

I am no longer a lender and always recommend shopping around locally or contacting the rv sales team directly if you have an eye on a particular rv but you look like a good candidate for approval. The only thing is money down and your job history. Job and residence history are more important than people think. If you have credit karma you can check your approval odds for free without hindering your score
