great content as usual Matty. I really wanna get your take on the difference between aimlabs/kovaaks training and real game aiming, specifically dealing with nerves. I perform so much better on aimlabs (about to touch top 500) but when it comes to shooters I am just not performing at the same level. I have been pouring 3 hours + days of aim training for months trying to override these nerves, so I really wanted some insight into that. Anyways hope your doing good, laters.

Imo, control scenarios are the best for improving tracking aim. When I started gaming again a few months back, I was strictly doing control scens and I noticed a huge difference in my tracking aim vs when I did reactive scens, I developed bad habits like predicting target movements
