Salary depends on which Australian state your are in. You can type in something like "victoria australia teacher salary" to search. In secondary schools now children can be violent, I no longer teach secondary because i was sick of breaking up fights. Maybe if you are lucky and get to teach in a grammar school or high achieving school you wont get these issues. Specifically about maths, sometimes you have children in your class who range from primary school level in abilit to high achievers. Many students are not at the standard they should be for their age for maths. Parents also tend not value educationas much in australia, which affects how much kids value education.​@@Elza2037

I have one doubt though, I have completed my bachelor's degree in English and when I asked about the requirements for the teaching course in Australis, I was told that I either need a B.Ed degree or a 3 year teaching experience. If you do a TESOL degree, you won't be assessed by AITSl but by Vetassess and you will have to apply as a TESOL teacher, not a secondary school teacher.

45 days is NOT experience. It is supervised teaching practice from your UNIVERSITY. It does not have anything to do with your employment and you MUST present a letter from your university. @@ImmiAustralia

You can call or visit your university and explain them why do you need, they will definitely provide you. I did my B.ed 2012 and I called my university last week to provide me this letter. They were really very helpful they gave me what I wanted with in a 2 days. I told them please mention 45 working days with dates..
