I had patellar tendonitis and one of my knees even got surgery, is this also recommendable? Been struggling with that issue for a few years now.

Should do the same day of leg day or the other day? Before or after strength training?

Very dependent on your goals and tolerance to jumping-related tasks! If this is your first time introducing jumping into your program may be worth doing it on a day other than leg day. And typically we want to perform plyometric exercises and jumping-related tasks early in the workout if able! Again, very dependent but just a good rule of thumb!

If those movement with load is going bad what should do?

Take a step back and try some of the first few exercises for another week or two and then try the more involved exercises! Listening to your body is key!

I think I’ll rather practice jumping on a trampoline but first I need to stop limping on my ankle
