I was so annoyed when I saw this video setting up what looked like another gimmicky 'PT' exercise that produces no results. But I reluctantly got down on the floor and halfheartedly performed this movement and it gave instant relief. Really impressed. And grateful for this one.

How soon after the injury can i start doing these? Really appreciate you!
@ThePrehabGuys2 күн бұрын
General rule of thumb is as soon as exercises can be well tolerated without an increase in symptoms you should begin! However if you have further questions, consult with your care team!

This video and the exercises therein after just 2 sets of 10 each have radically changed my life. I've had winging in my left scapula for 17 years, accompanied by persistent and constant shoulder pain. After completing these exercises, I felt immediate relief in my shoulder. Something I haven't experienced in a very long time.

Great stuff Doc, How many times a week would you recommend performing this routine for standard protocol? Are we talking 2 to 3 sets on all these exercises, 10 to 20 repetitions? certain amount of distance on the carries? Thank you for your insight
@ThePrehabGuys2 күн бұрын
Great question! Somewhat dependent on your experience with resistance training! A good place to start is 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps and progress from there. For the carries, start with time. Aiming for 2-3 sets of 30-45 seconds to start!

I'd like to comment. got huge pain at the rhomboid on my right when I was doing dips. pain going up to the neck. took me a while to figure out what I had. I thought it was my cervicals. took wrong medicine first and did exercises for my back , which made it worse. .. horrible , I have a stressful job and I was starting to get depressed. found this video, took anti-inflammatory medicine (ketaprofene 100mg) for 2 days, because I couldn't sleep... while doing these exercices. and pain completely went away in 3 days. still not sure how long I need to rest before going back to the gym though. thanks a lot guys

I want you to know this video literally changed my life two years ago. I suffered from rhomboid pain for 4 years straight. I tried everything. Name it. I tried it. Multiple pt, chiropractors, mri's, x-ray, pain meds, muscle relaxers. I almost gave up hope that I'd ever be pain free again. I tried the reverse twist stretch in this video and it took the pain away almost immediately. I couldn't believe it. I remember I was so tight at the time. I still do the stretch because it feels good and keeps me loose. I can't thank you enough. From the bottom of my heart thank you!!

Here because badminton, sprained my right ankle forwards many weeks ago, didn't do any treatment or rehab, just stopped training for a while. Got back to training 2 weeks ago, all good all around, no pain, just a tiny bit of swelling on the front of the ankle. I sprained it sideways 2 times in a row in yesterday in training, really painful. I'm thinking of seeing a physiotherapist.
