First of all i want to thank you for the awesome content you keep pumping out! Thank you for that! I think you look amazing however one thing that i noticed is that your abs dont look like they did in the past, for example check your abs in „2 Reasons why your Biceps wont grow“ and then compare them to now. What happened? Back then they looked really compact compared to how they look now. Dont get me wrong, they still look good but i think they looked more aesthetically pleasing back then. Did you change your ab workouts? Im just curious because im trying to achieve your „compact abs form“ 😄 Best regards from germany ✌️

@dariosupan55625 жыл бұрын
Finally an arm workout with a normal volume for a natty lifter. A good contrast to the recent 26-sets biceps workout published on Bodybuilding.com. I mean, that's even an overkill for people who are taking "stuff".
@buddytickhill88435 жыл бұрын
It's great that you did an actual hard workout for the video. Most of the fake nattys do a half ass workout, not even coming close to failure. Seems like they do a lot of exercises like, cable tricep ext, which won't build big triceps such as the ones you demonstrated, or a french press. Any of the exercises that target the long head of the triceps, where you get that stretch are the best. Good job! 💪

Hi Scott, serious question: 35-year-old guy- leg training gives me delicate, painful knees to the extent that I need to hold on to something to kneel down. I know it's the leg training doing it, I've tried not training them and the knees improve; reincorporate leg training and I'm immediately back to arthritic 80-year-old mode. What should I do?
@eddynelly17175 жыл бұрын
paranoidjohndroid find exercises that don’t hurt your knee or simply take an extended break. Last thing you wanna do is screw up your knees for good. Personally, leg extensions kill my knees and I stay far away from that machine. So perhaps that may be your issue.
