Instead of jumping from the ramp, driving somehwere else & coming back again just press R after getting down. It will put you back up on the ramp & the cops will have no clue wtf happened lol.

There is a reset car button on your controller as well, use it when the cop giving you company on top of the passenger shade with you when you drive off. You will respawn back on top of the shade.

Actual story: i realised i played nfs when i was 5 yrs old. I first played NFS on my cousin sister's laptop when i was literally 5 years old, without actually realising how famous the game was. There is not much i can remember, but i knew the map on the bottom left corner. It was annoying for me at that time, it wouldn't let me go where i wanted. I remember some barriers, from where normal people could go through, but not me. At first i didn't actually realise i cannot go through them. And next? Yeah as expected. My cousin sister takes the laptop, gives me back, and it's now everything from the start. I was careful not to touch the barriers, but then i kept crashing into some building and a donut faling on me. Now after 6 years i have realised i was actually playing NFS.

It's 2024, didn't find this method that effective at times for me. Bounties became waaaaay easier once I realized that AWD cars give you an advantage in pursuits. Racked up 2 million in bounties in half hour with the WRX STi.

When I initially played this game, I was about 10 years old. By sheer luck I discovered this glitch back then and any time I go back to this game I will still use this method occasionally when I need to earn some bounty. If this is too boring for you, the easiest way to get bounty in a short amount of time is to drive around the north highway loop. If you're always on the lookout for roadblocks and spikes, you can rack up 500,000 bounty in 10 minutes lol. The GOAT racing game

Lol, parking on the buses won't really help when you got a chopper on your tail. Also, it's risky as you might end up getting your car stuck in btn the buses and the building, which will end up getting you busted.

Amazing! I can confirm this works on the Gamecube. I was ready to quit playing this game too. At Blacklist 6, getting bounty was insanely hard. Maybe driving around 15 minutes, I still couldn't evade and cool down long enough. Only by dumb luck was I ever able to evade cops and keep the bounty. Yeah, it's "cheating" but when the game is frustratingly hard and not fun anymore, what's the point?

Sorry guys, but I think youre just bad at the game. Ive beaten it without this glitch on my pc. Now i was starting all over again on my xbox and i only really used the glitch to fill up the 10.000.000 bounty you need to get for razor. Back in the days games used to be a lot harder, nfs prostreet is even harder to beat than mw. You needed actual SKILL to beat the story mode of a game

Yea i remember coming up with this myself when I was a kid and I impressed my older brother aha. Looking back I think it was probably intentional by the game devs. I even had a strat where I would go through specific sequence of pursuit breakers that would get me in cooldown right as I get near my safe house for the instant get-away. Also did you know there is 2-player free roam in this game? Found that out with my older brother when we raced on the 'Omega" Map. They didn't close off a tunnel in that map. Good times free roaming with my brother. 😁

I got about 80% through this game in 2005, and now I'm back to finish the blacklist. The only problem with this game is the required bounty score. I'll be ready to knock another person off of their spot, but before I can race them I need to increase my bounty by like 150,000. Hopefully this makes it a bit more painless.

The bus station has been my place of hiding since i started playing Nfs mw. I even wait for Mia Townsend's call from there in the last chase after i get back my car from Razor. Though it will take a long time to cool down or evade the police when you still got plenty of cop cars on your tails, so advice you shake them off first before climbing the ramp.

Just get a helicopter to chase you. Go to the college, the left balcony and stand right on the edge. The helicopter will circle in a loop. The longest I did was 6+ hours 23,873,618 bounty in one go.

Basically what I did in my younger days XD I prefer the one with the giant tower pursuit breaker (it has a ramp and a platform that only you can reach and stay while the cops continue to get you)

It's not that safe when you got a chopper on you, though. And still the cops can somehow sneak on you. Bus station is the safest cool down spot, haha.

@@sirnice8669 oh no. bus station is where i was gonna stay forever.... until they caught me and my bounty was more than enough to surpass ronnie and bull. Any longer and I would've reach a bounty that surpasses Razor's. the giant tower is much better since most of the cops go under the platform. they try to go on the ramp, they go to far and fly over the platform. chopper ain't a problem. I can find hiding spots once i get away/take down most of the cops chasing me (if there are no incoming SUVs up front).

There is not even heat 9 in the base game, only with mods. Standard max heat is 5, but in the last mission of the game you reach heat 6, however in normal gameplay 5 is max

It is, but for some the bounty quests are too challenging. I've always gotten bounty the traditional way, but even I'll admit (imo) the difficulty increases like tenfold for bounty/milestones at higher levels when compared to the races.

6 years later hehe when using the speedbreaker, do you hold X or tap it. Because anytime I press it or hold it, it only used it for a second that's it

Sometimes the speed breaker has a tendency of activating for like two seconds, even though you want it to go for a longer period. To activate the speed breaker, you press your button once and let it go, you are not supposed to hold it down. If you're released from the speed breaker mode before time, you can always immediately press it again so you don't ruin your stunt.
