Car insurance companies should be regulated. The increase is car insurance year by year is far higher than the rate of inflation. Is a scam.

Not my point. Why do we pay for mistakes of neighbours i.e. postcode matters. Why some normal modifications increase premium, even if they are not covered.

@@nigh7swimming the insurance companies will look/quote stats that the risk is higher in some areas. Did you know that people who use a Hotmail email address are likely to be charged more because statistically those that use them are more likely to claim (especially fraudulently).

Not just car insurance, I've got my house insurance renewal this morning, AXA want double last year's price .I've owned my house for 30 years and never made a claim, total rip off.

Hse insurance here in NZ has gone up about 800 bucks in 6 yrs. 300 from last yr. We dont have to have car insurance but i think everyone should have to have 3rd party
