are you concerned at all about gdpr with cold email? Ive spoken to a coulple of lawyers and theve said its actually breeching gdpr to send b2b marketing emails to people.. even if they have a business email! I know its unlikely for someone to report you for sending a cold sales email but are you using some loop hole or are you just taking a risk by doing it?

I studied law for 6 years. Those lawyers don't know what they are talking about. Gdpr is a consumer data law. Doesn't count for businesses and if you have a genuine business need to contact them there is no issue what so ever. A company can not consent as it is not a entity it itself.

No issues with it. The company itself which they will pay will be a separate legal entity

100% this is the main approach for me... always has been.
