Really appreciate your videos Wes! Started my own channel and business this year and working to apply a lot of your strategies. At the moment may be a little too frequent with outside youtube CTAs XD What are your thoughts on adding a recommended video to a short? Been hearing back and forth messages about whether or not it's good for shorts particularly.

Honestly, I dont have any experience with that. I've heard it can work, but I also hear from ppl in the shorts world that shorts watchers usually just aren't really longform watchers. I think when it comes to client attraction, longofrm's the way to go. Go ahead and repurpose your longs into shorts, but that can also mess up your analytics. I hope YT fixes this but unfortunately I just think its more a problem with the audiences not realy overlapping much.
