Hi, what's your ultimate goal - it will be the deciding factor. You don't need an elective in UK as a mandatory requirement.

My Degree is from Ukraine, I studied for 3.5 offline and since the war begins I have been studying online and now I am in my final year. My goal is to stay here and work, what are the main step to follow in order to boost my portfolio. Regards

Please ask the Health Secretary 😄 I would still say the pay isn't that bad. If you are single u earn enough even as a SHO. Might be slightly challenging with family & being single earner.

Seriously people ... why the hell would you want to work in the UK NHS... I moved out of the UK and went to Germany. I already finished my residency and got paid around about 60k as a starting salary as a first year. And that was like back in 2016/17. Hospitals will hire anyone who basically speaks german and has a lincence.
