I’ve found using an interlock grip when I am chipping has been helpful to my chipping.
@PerformanceGolfZone4 ай бұрын
Love that it if that works for you!!
@thomasbrady633 ай бұрын
@@PerformanceGolfZonethanks . It helps me to keep my wrists locked . I’m less likely to scull it or chunk it . I don’t use interlock for anything else , 40 yards in .

What specific scenarios on the course do you like to use this technique?
@PerformanceGolfZone4 ай бұрын
Yeah not often :) Only when you dont have much space to let it roll.....perhaps a tucked back pin over a ridge......only every once in the while do you pull the super saucy one out :)

It’d be really good if we could see the bounce or the bottom of your club is like a Phil Mickelson p.m. wedge or do we have to have a zero bounce?

If you play on a course that’s not ideal condition where you won’t get the good spin, is a premium ball any better that a 2 peace ball? Is it worth paying the extra money for a premium ball if you don’t get the spin from playing from a perfect lie?
@TheStaniG4 ай бұрын
No.
@PerformanceGolfZone4 ай бұрын
Hey! Bunch of variables there Ideally you could test both and get some #'s with a good club fitter. Premium ball usually hard to beat.....

@@Charzander570 At my local public course (Australia) you wont get a single ball to spin even with a brand new T24 wedge and every ball from ProV1x, Srixon Zstar XV, TP5, you name it. The green and ground here just isnt going to allow the ball to grip. At best it might check a *little* bit. If your local is like mine, dont waste your money, just get some Srixon Q-Stars or equivalent golf ball. These greens here only grip in the winter when its soft, green and moist.

Yall realize this would be a drill to get the feel and understanding of the shot right? You get that your not going to be able to spin the ball well if its not in a really good tight lie? Like brother just say your a 20 hcp and you cant do it lol
