Kinda wrong In the code of HOI4 you can noticed that within the Rhineland events, if France and Britrain(Or only France) decides to speak up you'll get a event where theres 2 options, the war option and the backing down option, if you back down then you'll only get the Rhineland challenge met idea for 183 days, meaning that you will still be able to to the anschlust, but certainly wayyy later but that does mean you can get the olster conspiracy while going for austria instead of czechoslovakia

It can take a bit of time in game. I'm not sure what fires the event If you're not playing in ironman mode open console and type get_var GER_hitlers_blunders_variable if you failed the Munich challenge and memel was denied it should be = 2 which is enough for the event to fire.

@@Pydgin On the second attempt, it turned out - the only thing that changed was that France did not guaranted czech, which is why I fought only with them and the romania :D Maybe, it also need to be in war with only minors?

When i tried to get her and i did the focus to return the kaiser( which the dutch in my experience almost always deny unless you have positive relations, and then you settle for wilhem III and do the hindenburg stuff) but i got absolutely nothing regarding the dutch and Whilheln II became my leader with no fuss.
