To get the hourly repeatable quest you need to finish the prereq quests that start with Beckers Ominous Information. You can get that from Basquean Ljurik in Calpheon.

For those who need to get the quests active you need to talk to Basquean Ljurik In Calpeon(The Storage Manager). He will give you two quests to visit the guy at the shadow knights and the witch and then you do their mission which they will give you tier 1 ring and earring. This will activate the hourly repeat quests.

Pretty suer the quest is hourly not daily. And to unlock this quest you need to do the quest that the Bank of Hope in Calpheon gives you.

you have to be lvl 50 aswell. Im not sure if u have to take on other spirit-quests before. But it worked for me as i did not get the quest before i ticked Quest all on.

HDSkyfish RNG is still RNG. Node levels aren't going to magically cause you to get ogre rings every 5 ogre kills, it's still going to take you days of farming, it just helps.

Yo Just a shout out from team twitch.tv/enthaupten- Not every player can get the same quests or dailies. Some of them require prior knowledge of a npc or a previous quest chain to obtain. Every player however will get to choose from the "special" requests of the black desert.

well, I know Im late with my comment but there's a patch going on and I already did housework so I thought I say sth to the whining kids in the comments... the title might be a bit poor but thing is you just didnt get the point and/or didnt even watch the whole video before you started crying. you were expecting free stuff, well it kinda is... while you are grinding you can easily collect those seals and smash those rings together, just like he said. And for more tanky classes it seems worth considering, also bcuz you dont really lose sth in case you fail. Only thing I have to say is that I wouldnt use 30 fs for one of those rings, bcuz the 1-3 dp aint worth it for my tamer, tho you have a good chance of getting a 7~7 Witch or MoS ^^ I like your videos btw, your voice is not annoying, appreciate that.

Thanks for this info, I just hit 50, and I cant get either quest, and for me to try and talk to the quest giver at abandoned monastery i need to gain knowledge on 2 other NPC's and need to complete a quest called "for gods sake" and to do that you need to complete another quest called "golden desert coin" which need to have "an exhausting situation" etc...
